Peter Goodwin Appointed CEO of NYCO

June 8, 2009 - The Board of Directors of Rolling Rock Minerals, 100% owner of NYCO Minerals Inc of Willsboro, NY,has announced the transition of Jay Moroney to chairman of the board for both Rolling Rock Minerals and NYCO Minerals. Peter Goodwin, previously CFO for the companies, takes over as president and CEO.
