Registration Fee
Fee for the two days is $825 per person. The fee for subscribers to Industrial Specialties News is $725. Canadian residents: please add GST. Cheques should be made payable to Blendon Information Services. The fee covers refreshments, luncheons and program materials. It does not include hotel accommodation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a 10% service charge, will be given for cancellations received in writing by September 19, 2008. We regret that refunds cannot be given after this date. Delegate substitution is permitted at all times. If you register for the conference and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel within the time period stated above.Blendon Information Services reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such an event, make a full refund of the registration fee. No liability is assumed by Blendon Information Services for changes in program date or content.
