Registrations should be submitted in advance to ensure available space. However, they will be accepted up to the time of the conference, space permitting.

Registration Fee
Fee for the two days is $850 per person. The fee for subscribers to Industrial Specialties News is $750. Canadian residents: please add 12% HST. Cheques should be made payable to Blendon Information Services. The fee covers refreshments, luncheons and program materials. It does not include hotel accommodation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a 10% service charge, will be given for cancellations received in writing by September 21, 2012. We regret that refunds cannot be given after this date. Delegate substitution is permitted at all times. If you register for the conference and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel within the time period stated above.

Blendon Information Services reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such an event, make a full refund of the registration fee. No liability is assumed by Blendon Information Services for changes in program date or content.

 
Hotel Information
The conference will be held at Manoir Victoria in Old Quebec City. A block of rooms has been set aside at the hotel for out-of-town registrants. Call the hotel directly for your reservation prior to September 21, 2012 and refer to Blendon or "Industrial Minerals 2012" for a reduced room rate of CDN $135 single or double occupancy. After September 21, reservations will be accepted on a space/rate available basis.
